DMV Report
This report details the driving record of an individual and includes all infractions, misdemeanors and any alcohol related offenses. Offenses remain for three to seven years on an individual's record. Some states retain alcohol-related offenses permanently on a record. Per State restrictions, the following states do not allow online ordering of DMV reports. All orders for reports from these States must be faxed: GA, PA, TX, WA.
