Order Online
Ordering online is fast, convenient, and secure. All of our reports may be ordered online with the exception of driving records from the states that prohibit online ordering. (Please see the description of driving records under Services for states that prohibit online ordering.) Also, please note that social security traces and credit reports are available immediately upon ordering and will be faxed back upon receipt of order.

1. Read, sign and fax back our client agreement.
2. Fill out the online client information form and receive your assigned client login then choose a password.
3. Have the applicant read and sign the authorization form.
4. Fill out the online order form and transmit it to us.

Please note that we need to have the applicant authorization form faxed to us if you are ordering reference verifications, some driving records, or degree verifications. This information is not public record and in most cases we must provide the authorization form before information will be released.

If you want to order social security traces or credit reports, please contact our office for additional forms, documents, and requirements that must be completed before you are approved to order these reports.
